Groundskeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy indoor and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks such as picking up trash, debris, cleaning
• Assist in trashing out vacant units after move outs
• Painting hallways
• Willing to learn new duties and tasks to become a Maintenance Tech.

Experience

• Willing to work hard and grow

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
