Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to support daily maintenance and upkeep of an industrial logistics and warehouse facility.
The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse exterior, yard, and common areas
- Pick up trash, debris, and remove unwanted materials from property
- Perform landscaping and general grounds maintenance duties
- Sweep, pressure wash, and maintain walkways and work areas
- Assist with facility upkeep and outdoor maintenance projects
- Support warehouse and operations team as needed
- Follow company safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual in English & Spanish
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift, bend, walk, and perform physical labor throughout shift
- Must live within 10–15 miles of the 77066 area to be considered
- Reliable transportation REQUIRED
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must pass background check and drug screening
