Groundskeeper / Building Maintenance

Overview
Join our team as a Groundskeeper and Basic Building Maintenance Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of our outdoor spaces and facilities. You'll be responsible for ensuring that lawns, gardens, and surrounding landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and well-kept while supporting the upkeep of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and weed control to keep outdoor areas pristine.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for gardening, lawn care, and general upkeep.
• Conduct routine inspections of grounds and facilities to identify repairs or safety hazards requiring attention.
• Support general building maintenance duties such as cleaning, minor repairs, and ensuring outdoor equipment is in good working order.
• Assist with gardening projects by planting new greenery, mulching beds, and enhancing landscape aesthetics.

Skills

• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or groundskeeping equipment.
• Skilled in operating hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers.
• Ability to perform routine building maintenance tasks using basic tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues early on for prompt resolution.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to teamwork and safety protocols. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
