Groundskeeper (Glenaire)

Full-time (Monday – Friday 7am to 3:30pm)
The Groundskeeper provides service to the residents in the community that enable them to function at the highest possible level. This service includes:
- Mow lawn with push or riding mower.
- Operate sprinkling equipment and water lawns.
- Prune trees.
- Trim hedges.
- Inspect flowers, shrubs and trees for evidence of insects, fungi and other pests.
- Spray and dust chemicals on infected areas.
- Rake leaves and grass.
- Clean gutters.
- Clean wooded areas.
- Pressure washing
- Drain and irrigation maintenance
- Pick up rubbish.
- Clean side walks and driveways.
- Move tables and furniture.
Required:
- Valid Drivers License
- Desire to serve senior adults
- Positive outlook
- Ability to take initiative and be detailed oriented
- Working independently and on a team
- Flexible and able to handle a fast pace
- Great communication and customer service skills
