Responsibilities:

• Maintain the community’s exterior grounds, landscaping, and common areas
• Perform routine cleaning such as trash removal, sweeping, and debris pickup
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and leaf cleanup
• Monitor the property for safety hazards and report maintenance concerns
• Support the maintenance team with general upkeep tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
• Prior groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred, but not required

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Hall Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of interior common areas throughout our apartment community.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain hallways, stairwells, entryways, and other common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust regularly
• Ensure trash and recycling areas are clean and orderly
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
