Groundskeeper / Hotel Maintenance

Hotel 02 / The O Spa + Resort is seeking a dependable, friendly, and hands-on Groundskeeper / Maintenance Team Member for our boutique desert hotel in Desert Hot Springs.

This position includes maintaining hotel grounds, gardens, pools, guest rooms, and overall property appearance while helping uphold hotel standards and guest experience.

Duties Include:

• Garden and landscape maintenance
• General hotel and guest room repairs
• Painting and light drywall work
• Light plumbing and basic maintenance tasks
• Pool maintenance and upkeep (training provided)
• Property cleanliness and presentation
• Miscellaneous errands and support tasks

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Good guest/customer service skills
• Clean and approachable demeanor
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving equipment, standing for extended periods, and performing outdoor labor in desert weather conditions
• Reliable transportation (car or truck required)
• Valid driver’s license
• References and background check required

Position Details:

• Part-Time Position
• Minimum 20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule possible
• Starting at $20 per hour DOE
