We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Grounds & Landscape Maintenance Technician to maintain the curb appeal, safety, and overall appearance of multiple apartment communities. This position is ideal for an individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, works independently, and understands the importance of creating a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Requirements

• Preferred 2 years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, property maintenance, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience operating commercial landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and related tools.
• Ability to work on and troubleshoot small engines within equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining curb appeal across multiple communities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to identify and report safety hazards, property damage, and maintenance concerns.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping practices, irrigation systems, and seasonal property maintenance preferred.
• Experience with snow removal equipment is preferred.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and presentation standards throughout assigned communities.
• Assess flower beds and grounds for weed control.
• Operate and transport landscaping equipment safely and efficiently between properties.
• Perform routine inspections of grounds and common areas to identify maintenance needs.
• Complete assigned work orders and grounds projects in a timely manner.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects, property cleanups, and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment in clean, organized, and safe working conditions.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
