Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who loves working outdoors, helping properties look great and has experience in all aspects of landscaping. We desire candidates who currently have the Washington State pesticide license or the ability to complete the required training to obtain the license. We are also looking for someone who can quickly connect and build trust effectively with a variety of people.

What will you do?

  • Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns.
  • Weeding and mulching landscape beds.
  • Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs.
  • Snow and ice removal.
  • Supervise maintenance team.
  • Irrigation system repairs and installations.
  • Maintain a positive public image and is responsive to residents and colleagues.

What education, experience, skills and competencies do I need?

  • Two (2) years work-related experience.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Valid Washington or Oregon State drivers license and acceptable driving record for employment.
  • Initiative, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Attention to detail.
