Groundskeeper & Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a dependable Groundskeeper & Maintenance Professional to join our team at a single location. This is a full-time temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role provides year-round support to ensure the property is clean, safe, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in groundskeeping, facilities maintenance, or a related role. Typical Responsibilities Include:

• Keeping walkways, porches, greenspaces, and parking areas clear of debris, trash, and leaves
• Emptying outdoor garbage cans and removing trash from interior and exterior spaces
• Opening facilities, ensuring lights and HVAC are operational, and preparing spaces for daily use
• Addressing or coordinating response to any facilities malfunctions
• Assisting with setup, takedown, and cleaning after events
• Identifying and reporting structural or functional issues within the building, and coordinating/supervising vendors as needed
• Lawn and landscape upkeep, including watering and overseeing contracted lawn services
• General pest control and monitoring
• Seasonal planting, flowerbed care, and light landscaping tasks
• Performing light exterior maintenance such as benches, signage, or fencing repairs

Requirements:

• Must project a neat and professional appearance
• Must be reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
• Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and site leadership
• Must have reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
