Groundskeeper (Porter)

Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 337-unit apartment community in Deep Ellum - one of Dallas's most diverse and eclectic walkable historic neighborhoods! Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work independently and as a team member

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.

Work Days: Sunday – Thursday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; weekends may be necessary based on property needs.
