Landscaping & Horticulture: Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass; weeding, pruning, and mulching garden beds.

Turf Maintenance: Mowing, edging, aeration, and fertilization of lawns and athletic fields.

Property Upkeep: Removing litter, leaves, and debris to ensure clean walkways, parking lots, and common areas.

Equipment Operation: Using hand tools and heavy machinery, such as tractors, mowers, chainsaws, leaf blowers, and snowblowers.

Irrigation Maintenance: Installing, repairing, and monitoring sprinkler systems.

Safety & Repairs: Inspecting grounds for hazards, maintaining outdoor furniture, and clearing snow/ice.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy manual labor, including bending, lifting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Equipment Proficiency: Knowledge of how to safely operate and maintain power tools and landscaping machinery.
