Groundskeeper/Golf Course/Maintenance Worker

On-Site Golf Course & Grounds Maintenance (Full-Time, Flexible Hours)

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to maintain the landscaping and grounds of our property, including an on-site private, compact golf course with a single tee-off area. This role offers flexible hours depending on your availability. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and being outdoors, this is a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the golf course and driving range (Private, compact golf course with a single tee-off area) (Experience Required)
• Perform landscaping duties, including lawn care, tree and shrub trimming, and debris removal
• Conduct routine pond maintenance
• Operate and maintain power tools, lawn care equipment, and irrigation systems
• Perform small repairs and general property maintenance tasks
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed
• Ensure all grounds and landscaped areas remain clean, healthy, and well-kept
• Move throughout the property completing various tasks while enjoying a dynamic, outdoor work environment
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior golf course maintenance experience is required
• Experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Comfortable with a physically active role that involves frequent movement
• Willingness to learn new tasks and techniques
