Groundskeeper~LV

FULL TIME Groundskeeper wanted for The Grand Reserve at Lee Vista apartment community in Orlando close to the Orlando International Airport.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

· Walk the community on a frequent basis, keeping common areas such as the pool, mailrooms, dumpster, and recreation areas free of debris

· Cleaning, sweeping and generally removing all trash and litter from the grounds, parking lots, swimming pool decks, amenity sites, common hallways, stairways, breezeways, Vacuuming hallways, apartment entrances and any other assigned work areas

· Picking up trash and litter on the grounds and performing general clean up of the apartment community when necessary
