Groundskeeper/Maintenance

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive on-call Maintenance and Groundskeeper to join our team and help maintain our commercial properties. Must be local to Granbury, Texas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facilities, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, raking leaves, and removing debris/trash.

Responsibilities:

• Prior experience in groundskeeping and general maintenance is preferred.
• Maintain the grounds and gardens in a neat and orderly manner.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Mow lawns, trim shrubs, and rake leaves.
• Perform minor repairs to equipment and tools.
• Apply pesticides and service bait traps as needed.
• Assist with remodel work as needed for office spaces.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle capable of towing a trailer.
• Ability to work independently and respond to on-call requests as needed.
