Groundskeeper/Maintenance

Key duties:- Upkeep of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and other areas of the property- Remove trash and other debris from the property perimeter on a daily basis
- Assist in the preparation and cleaning of Storage units

- Trash out appartments

-Appliance and plumbing troubleshooting

-Drywall patching and painting

- Must be able to travel to other sites around the Spokane area- Milage paid

Must be able to shovel snow, apply ice melt and operate a commercial snow blower
Must be able to work independently, as well as cohesively with a team

Must be able to lift and carry 35-50 lbs

Seeking someone with a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
