Hiring: Porter

Details: This position is responsible for preparing unit units for leasing/showing and move in. The Make Ready Technician provides necessary repairs for all aspects of the units and is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition.

Qualifications:

• Previous Multi-Family housing experience a plus
• Self-motivation and attention to detail
• Demonstrated track record of the highest degree of ethics and integrity
• The ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
