Groundskeeper/Porter

Landmark Management Group is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated groundskeeper/porter for a luxury apartment community in Tomball, TX.

The right candidate will be:

• Customer Service Oriented
• Meticulous and Detail oriented to maintain clean property grounds and curb appeal
• Able lift up to 50LBS without assistance
• Able to work outside in different elements
• Knowledgeable and Skilled in safe use of power tools and hand tools, example: Power Washer.

Your Day might consist of:

• Inspecting Community Grounds throughout the day to remove litter/debris and ensure common areas are clean
• Clean and Maintain Trash Receptical Areas
• Remove trash and remaining items to start the make-ready process
• Power Washing Buildings, Breezeways and Common Areas
