Groundskeeper/Yard Maintenance

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Groundskeeper/Yard Maintenance professional to maintain and enhance the beauty and safety of our outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas are well-kept, healthy, and visually appealing. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and watering to maintain lush, healthy turf
• Conduct landscape maintenance such as pruning shrubs, planting flowers, mulching beds, and removing weeds
• Collect and remove trash, branches, and debris
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely for trimming, edging, digging, and other yard tasks
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and making necessary adjustments or repairs
• Assist with gardening activities by planting new greenery and caring for existing plants to promote growth
• Ensure all yard equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after use.
• Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, and landscaping practices
• Comfortable with working outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Basic knowledge of lawn care equipment
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
