Groundskeeping/Farm Hand Position

We are seeking versatile and reliable individuals for a hands-on role, encompassing general maintenance, handyman services, and ranch hand duties. Opportunities will start part-time and can progress to full-time. We have multiple properties and a business in the Denver Metro Area, all of which need constant maintenance.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repair:
• and
• Perform general building maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and masonry work.
• Install and repair appliances and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Property & Grounds Maintenance:
• Perform landscaping and groundskeeping tasks.
• Turn properties between bookings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of buildings and grounds.
• Fence repair and maintenance.
• Ranch Operations (Ranch Hand Role):
• Help with seeding, growing and harvesting (flowers, vegetables, alfalfa)
• Operate and maintain ranch equipment (tractors, ATVs, power tools).
• Follow all safety protocols.
• General Skills:
• Perform make-ready unit maintenance.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks.
• Light construction projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the following trades is preferred but not required: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, irrigation, and ranching.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (essential).
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
• Starting Part-time (15-25) transition to Full-time (30-40) position possible.
