Groundsman / Tree Crew

We’re a busy, growing tree service and we need a solid groundsman who knows how to work around real tree jobs. We don’t babysit and we don’t slow down. If you can hustle, communicate, and keep jobs moving, you’ll make more money here than anywhere else locally. Year end bonuses.

What You’ll Be Doing (Daily Work)

Dragging brush and keeping landing zones clean

Running ropes and communicating clearly with climbers

Strong verbal communication — calling cuts, spotting hazards

Piling brush clean for mini skid pickup

Setting piles so the grapple truck can grab and go

Assisting climbers, lift operators, and equipment operators

End-of-job cleanup done right, not rushed

This is real production tree work, not landscaping.

What We Expect

On time, every day

Physically strong and capable of hard labor

Knows how to stay out of the drop zone

Pays attention and communicates clearly

Comfortable working around chainsaws, chippers, skids, lifts

Can work in Minnesota heat, cold, and weather

Driver’s license preferred

Tree experience strongly preferred, but we will train the right guy
