Group CFO – Abu Dhabi

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fractural Group CFO to lead the financial strategy, governance, and capital planning of a growing multi‑entity investment platform. The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving financial discipline, scalability, and long‑term value creation across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead group‑wide financial strategy, planning, and performance management
  • Oversee financial governance, controls, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Support investment evaluations, transactions, and capital allocation decisions
  • Provide financial oversight across acquisitions, developments, and strategic initiatives
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and institutional partners
  • Build scalable financial infrastructure across multiple entities and jurisdictions
  • Drive financial integration, operational efficiency, and reporting consistency
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing finance function
  • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on strategic and commercial matters

Experience & Requirements

  • 15+ years’ experience in corporate finance, strategic finance, or investment platforms
  • Background in investment groups, private equity, financial services, or multi‑entity businesses
  • Proven experience managing complex financial structures and growth environments
  • Strong exposure to investment activity, transactions, and capital allocation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and institutional relationship capability
  • Strong commercial judgment, governance expertise, and board‑level communication skills
  • Ability to operate in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
  • Nationality : British, UK other will not be shortlisted
