Group CMO Role: Lead Brand and Marketing Strategy Across Real Estate, AI, Technology Infrastructure, and Lifestyle

A diversified investment group headquartered in Dubai, with over $3bn in assets under management, is seeking a visionary Group Chief Marketing Officer to define and execute its global marketing and communications strategy. The portfolio spans real estate, artificial intelligence, technology infrastructure, and lifestyle brands, offering a unique opportunity to shape a unified brand presence and deliver long-term commercial impact across dynamic, high-growth sectors.

This newly created role will join the leadership team to elevate portfolio companies, drive brand value, and establish best-in-class marketing foundations.

CMO Responsibilities: Driving Brand and Marketing Strategy

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Chief Marketing Officer will:

  • Define and own the group-wide brand identity, positioning, and communications strategy

  • Partner with portfolio company CEOs to design and execute marketing strategies tailored to each sector and stage of maturity

  • Lead the rebranding process and launch of a new corporate website, ensuring brand consistency across the group

  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, partnerships, and events for both B2B and B2C audiences

  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring alignment with investor, client, and talent acquisition goals

  • Build and mentor internal and freelance teams of content, design, and communications specialists

  • Measure ROI and performance, using insights to refine strategies and accelerate growth

Ideal Candidate Profile for a Group CMO in Dubai

We are seeking an accomplished marketing leader with:

  • Senior leadership experience across B2B and B2C markets

  • Proven ability to scale businesses in high-growth or early-stage environments across a range of industry sectors

  • Global experience across a number of regions: Middle East, Europe and USA ideally
  • Expertise in brand creation, positioning, and integrated communications

  • A hands-on approach, capable of delivering results without heavy reliance on agencies

  • Strong commercial acumen, linking marketing to revenue, investment, and growth

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident influencing at board and investor level

  • Cross-cultural leadership skills, able to unify and inspire teams across regions
