Group Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a Group Coordinator to oversee and manage daily operations across the company’s portfolio. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, business knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between subsidiaries, partners, and internal teams. The Group Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Grupo CB Brasil LLC’s reputation for excellence in corporate management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate group activities including scheduling, documentation, and operational support.
  • Liaise with subsidiaries, partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, reports, and investment data.
  • Support budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation across business units.
  • Prepare reports on group performance and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar’s business regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business coordination, corporate operations, or group management.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational workflows and multi-sector operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
