Group Finance Director - Dubai

A diversified, international group with operations across multiple businesses and geographies is seeking an experienced Group Finance Director to strengthen group-level financial leadership and governance.

This is a senior role operating within a complex, multinational environment, working closely with the Chairman and executive leadership. The position is not a CFO role, but a critical group-level finance leadership position with significant strategic exposure.

The Role

The Group Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing and developing group-wide finance capabilities, while partnering closely with operating businesses to support performance and long-term value creation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading group finance strategy, reporting, and governance across multiple entities
• Overseeing group budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Supporting capital allocation, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives
• Ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and risk management
• Acting as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership and the Chairman
• Leading, developing, and coordinating finance teams at group level

The Profile

This role is suited to a senior finance leader with proven experience in a similar group-level position within a complex, international organisation.

• Experience as a Group Finance Director, Deputy Group FD, Head of Group Finance, or equivalent
• Strong exposure to multi-entity, multinational environments
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
• Board-level reporting and senior stakeholder engagement
