To strengthen our corporate team in Muscat, we are seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and drive strategic initiatives.

Role Overview

The Group Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial health of the group, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires strong financial expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align finance strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee financial operations across multiple business units.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and executive teams to optimize financial performance.
• Manage audits and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide finance staff to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in finance management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing group-level financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to RO3,500.000 per month
