Group Financial Accountant

Position Overview
We are seeking a Group Financial Accountant to oversee and manage consolidated financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations across the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate financial activities across multiple business units. The Group Financial Accountant will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining Nina Groupe Oman’s reputation for excellence in financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for group entities.
• Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Oman’s financial regulations and international accounting standards.
• Liaise with auditors, regulators, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
• Monitor group financial performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, transactions, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in implementing financial systems and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, group consolidation, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting/ERP software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
