General Manager – Group Operations

📍 Mumbai | Full-time

The Bhandari Group of Companies is a diversified business group operating across Real Estate Development, EV Charging Infrastructure, Renewable Energy EPC, Entertainment Infrastructure, and Creative Media.

We are seeking a General Manager – Group Operations to oversee cross-business coordination, financial discipline, execution control, and operational governance across all verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as single-point operational leader across group businesses

• Monitor revenue, collections, receivables, and payables

• Track cash flow, expenses, and cost discipline

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS for promoters

• Coordinate with teams across Mumbai and Madhya Pradesh

• Oversee vendor management and payment approvals

• Monitor project progress (real estate, solar, EV, mall)

• Ensure reporting structure, SOP discipline, and execution alignment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8–15 years of experience in operations or business management

• Strong financial understanding (cash flow, receivables, MIS)

• Experience in infrastructure, real estate, EPC, or multi-business environments preferred

• High proficiency in Excel and reporting tools

• Strong follow-up, execution, and leadership skills

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to promoters and requires high ownership, integrity, and operational maturity.
