Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

Minimum 16 years of education preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.


  • Strong understanding of HR functions, HR operations, and industry-standard practices.
  • Solid working knowledge of Labor Laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and related productivity tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, technical, and communication skills.


Experience:

The ideal candidate should have have 8+ years of progressive experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations within large organizations.

  • Must have a proven track record of managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to exit, and driving HR systems innovation and implementation, particularly as a Power User/Business Key User of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S4/HANA HCM modules.
  • Should also possess hands-on experience in payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, and contract employee management, as well as supervising HR Service Desk operations to ensure seamless service delivery for a large employee population, including employees, ex-employees, and pensioners.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of centralized HR services across the PARCO Group through a professional HR team and supporting HR systems.
  • Oversee and process all employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, benefits, loans, separations, and final settlements.
  • Manage Time and Leave Management systems across all PARCO Group locations.
  • Ensure accurate processing of monthly payroll, headcount reconciliation, and cost reporting.
  • Oversee timely and correct processing of monthly pensions for retired employees and maintain communication with pensioners as required.
  • Manage contracts and payments for contract employees, consultants, and advisors.
  • Supervise the HR Service Desk to respond to queries from employees, ex-employees, pensioners, and external entities (banks, verification agencies, etc.).
  • Act as Business Key User for SAP SuccessFactors and S4/HANA HCM modules; lead system upgrades, testing, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent & OD, Finance, Admin, and other departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Design and deliver reports, analytics, and insights as per business requirements.
