Group Head of Risk & Insurance

We’re Hiring | Group Head of Risk & Insurance – Riyadh

We are seeking a highly experienced Group Head of Risk & Insurance to lead and oversee all risk management and insurance activities across our automotive group.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for protecting the organization’s financial and operational assets through effective risk mitigation, insurance structuring, and claims management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group-wide risk assessments across dealerships, warehouses, logistics yards, and workshops
• Develop and implement risk mitigation and loss prevention strategies
• Design and manage comprehensive insurance programs (motor stock, property, business interruption, etc.)
• Oversee end-to-end claims management and ensure maximum recovery
• Monitor claims performance, reporting, and financial exposure
• Establish governance, policies, and compliance frameworks across subsidiaries
• Act as the central authority for all risk & insurance matters within the group

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field
• Professional certifications (ACII, FCII, CRM) are highly preferred
• 10–15 years of experience in risk & insurance management
• Strong background in automotive, logistics, or asset-heavy industries
• Proven expertise in insurance strategy, claims recovery, and risk governance
