Group Home Program Aide - 1st shift weekend + 2nd shift weekdays

MCSI is committed to providing high-quality support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are currently hiring for immediate part-time positions in our Licensed Residential Group Homes, each serving up to six residents.

As a Direct Support Professional, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities
• Medication administration
• Light housekeeping
• Supporting community involvement and social integration

No prior experience is required — paid training is provided!

1st shift (5:30am-1:30pm) on weekends

2nd shift (1:30pm-9:30pm) on weekdays

Requirements:

• Valid State of Michigan Driver’s License
• Must be 18 years of age or older
