Group Home Team Lead

Mission Road inspires and prepares people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live their best lives. We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of an adult residential group home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, training, and support to direct care staff.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, schedules, and medical appointments.
• Support residents with daily living skills, social skills, and community involvement.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
• Serve as on-call support and cover shifts when needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in IDD care; supervisory experience a plus.
• Must be at least 21 with a valid Texas driver’s license and a clean record.
• CNA/Medical Assistant certification preferred for some homes.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, holidays).
