Group HR Manager

Bluebird Group is a multi-country maritime B2B services company operating in the Middle East, South Asia, East Asia and Africa. We're hiring a Group HR Manager to own all HR functions in our organization.

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor the HR function, setting standards and building capability across the group
• Full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Payroll coordination across multiple jurisdictions
• Labour law compliance across operating countries
• HR reporting and ERP data management (ERPNext)

What we're looking for:

• 4–6 years HR generalist experience, minimum 2 years in UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa/PRO processes
• Experience supporting 50+ employees
• CIPD/SHRM preferred;
• Maritime or logistics background advantageous
