About the Organization

A leading healthcare and teaching hospital in Peshawar is seeking a seasoned Group HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations for a large, complex healthcare and academic environment with a high employee strength.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete HR operations including recruitment, payroll, HR systems, performance management, and employee relations
• Support senior management in HR strategy, policy formulation, and implementation
• Supervise HRIS, HR web portal, attendance, and leave management systems
• Manage large-scale recruitment, manpower planning, and workforce optimization
• Oversee monthly payroll operations in coordination with Finance
• Drive training & development initiatives and ensure adherence to training calendars
• Lead performance appraisal cycles, increments, and compensation reviews
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s / MBA / MS in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certifications (CHRP / SHRM / CIPD) preferred
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience
• Proven experience managing 1000+ employees
• Strong exposure to HR operations in structured, policy-driven organizations
• Healthcare / hospital / medical college experience highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Fluent in English & Urdu
