Group Management and Operations Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile professional to join our team as a Group Management and Operations Coordinator. This critical role involves managing and coordinating various operational and financial activities across our group companies, which include a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm specializing in Audit and Taxation, and an Export Company focused on fruits and vegetables.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong foundation in finance and accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities1. CA Firm Management and Assistance
- Operational Oversight: Assist the partners in managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the CA firm.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure timely internal compliance for various firm activities, including managing internal quality review schedules and documentation.
- Client Coordination: Act as a liaison between partners, professional staff, and clients to ensure smooth execution of audit, taxation, and consulting assignments.
- Resource Management: Manage and track resource allocation for different assignments and monitor engagement budgets.
2. Export Company (Fruits and Vegetables) Operations
- Financial & Accounting Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Documentation & Compliance: Manage export/import documentation, ensuring adherence to all relevant customs, foreign trade, and agricultural regulations.
- Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate with the operations team to monitor inventory levels, manage logistics for shipments, and track payments related to export transactions.
- ERP/System Management: Ensure effective utilization of the company's accounting/ERP software for accurate data recording and reporting.
3. Group-Level Coordination & Administration
- Financial Consolidation: Assist in preparing consolidated financial summaries and management reports for the group companies.
- Budgeting & Analysis: Support the management in creating annual budgets and performing variance analysis.
- Inter-Company Transactions: Manage and reconcile transactions and balances between the various group entities.
- General Administration: Oversee office administration, vendor management, and maintenance of legal and corporate documentation for all group entities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: CA Semi-Qualified (Mandatory Preference), or a Post-Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience, preferably within a Chartered Accountancy firm, handling article ship or post-qualification assignments.
- Experience in accounting and financial management is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Tally/SAP B1/or similar ERP software.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting & Organizational Context
- Reports to: Senior Management
- Team Oversight: Will coordinate with CA firm partners/directors and export company operational leads

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
