About the Role
Jitala Group is looking for a commercially driven and execution-focused Group Marketing Executive to build and lead the marketing function across three active companies (with expansion to a fourth).
This is a foundational role — marketing across these businesses is currently non-existent. The selected candidate will be responsible for building systems, driving visibility, generating leads, and executing campaigns from scratch.
This is not a content-only role. We are looking for someone who understands marketing as a growth function.
Core Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans for each company
- Define positioning and target audience for each business
- Create and manage a marketing calendar (campaigns, launches, events)
- Set KPIs and performance benchmarks
2. Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute platform-specific strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn where relevant)
- Oversee content planning, captions, and posting schedule
- Coordinate with designers and videographers
- Grow engagement and brand visibility
- Track and report monthly performance metrics
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Lead generation campaigns
- Retargeting and conversion funnel setup
- Monitor cost per lead and return on ad spend
- Optimize campaigns for revenue growth
4. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute seasonal and event-based campaigns
- Manage promotions, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
- Drive bookings, registrations, or sales depending on business vertical
5. Brand Development
- Establish and maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Develop brand tone, visual direction, and messaging guidelines
- Ensure all communication reflects premium positioning where required
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Weekly performance reports (leads, engagement, bookings)
- Monthly ROI analysis
- Recommend strategy adjustments based on data
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in digital or brand marketing
- Strong understanding of performance marketing
- Experience managing multiple brands is preferred
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Content strategy development
- Basic analytics tracking
- Commercial mindset with focus on revenue impact
- Strong organizational and execution skills
