- Successful sales of KRMA’s Medical Stop Loss products, consistently achieving assigned time-based Medical Stop Loss new premium sales and block of business persistency (renewal) goals.
- Source new Medical Stop Loss TPA and broker partnerships and the on-going development of existing Medical Stop Loss TPA and broker Partnerships
- Adherence to established Medical Stop Loss underwriting guidelines while soliciting and securing profitable business.
- Provide various forms of service to Medical Stop Loss policyholders, TPAs, and brokers as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years previous Medical Stop Loss successful sales experience or equivalent.
- Life/A&H agent license is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills required
- Strong networking and relationship management skills required
- Driven, self-motivated, consultative and a great problem solver.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
- Knowledge of the DY ESL System is a plus.
