Group Medical Stop Loss Sales Director

  • Successful sales of KRMA’s Medical Stop Loss products, consistently achieving assigned time-based Medical Stop Loss new premium sales and block of business persistency (renewal) goals.
  • Source new Medical Stop Loss TPA and broker partnerships and the on-going development of existing Medical Stop Loss TPA and broker Partnerships
  • Adherence to established Medical Stop Loss underwriting guidelines while soliciting and securing profitable business.
  • Provide various forms of service to Medical Stop Loss policyholders, TPAs, and brokers as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.
  • Travel Required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years previous Medical Stop Loss successful sales experience or equivalent.
  • Life/A&H agent license is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills required
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills required
  • Driven, self-motivated, consultative and a great problem solver.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Knowledge of the DY ESL System is a plus.
