About the Role

As Group Product Manager – Growth & App Experience , you will own the entire product driven customer acquisition funnel and end-to-end app experience - with a core focus on how to acquire more customers and how to ensure that their shopping journey is seamless.

You will lead growth strategy and app experience optimization to build a scalable, product-led growth machine in a high-growth, Series-C environment.


Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Funnel Ownership

  • Own the full funnel: Install → Onboarding → Activation → Repeat → Retention
  • Drive improvements in CAC efficiency, activation rate, retention cohorts, LTV, and churn
  • Identify and unlock scalable growth levers across conversion, engagement, and monetization


App Experience Excellence

  • Define and optimize the end-to-end app journey across Android & iOS
  • Build frictionless onboarding, browsing, and checkout experiences
  • Improve personalization, product discovery, lifecycle nudges, and repeat purchase journeys
  • Design scalable growth loops (referrals, habit formation, reactivation flows)


Experimentation & Data-Driven Execution

  • Build and lead a strong experimentation culture (A/B testing, multivariate tests)
  • Use funnel, cohort, and behavioral analysis to prioritize roadmap
  • Establish growth dashboards and performance reporting frameworks


Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers focused on growth pods
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and CRM teams to drive outcomes
  • Balance short-term conversion gains with long-term retention and experience improvements


What You Will Need

  • 8+ years of total experience with 6+ years in Product Management in a tech-led consumer internet/ecommerce company
  • Strong experience owning acquisition, activation, retention, and product-led growth charters
  • Deep expertise in experimentation frameworks and funnel optimization
  • Strong analytical skills (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, SQL or similar tools)
  • Good understanding of app architecture and how tech decisions impact UX and scalability
  • Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers
  • Exceptional first-principles problem solving with strong business and user intuition
