Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, or Product Manager based in Karachi. The role involves developing and executing product strategies, overseeing product lifecycle management, and driving product development initiatives aligned with business goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions, analyzing market trends and data to inform decision-making, and leading or mentoring team members to achieve business objectives are essential duties. The candidate will also play a vital role in ensuring the success and growth of the product portfolio within the organization.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, contributing to the planning and execution of product roadmaps.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, understanding customer needs, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven experience in Product Development and bringing innovative solutions from ideation to launch.
  • Effective Team Leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a track record of delivering results within deadlines.
  • Masters' degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Pharm-D is a plus).
