Group Sales and Partnerships Manager – Restaurants and Lifestyle

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Group Sales and Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our restaurant and lifestyle partnerships. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive revenue through key collaborations and large-scale sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across all restaurant and lifestyle brands within the group.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with corporate clients, lifestyle platforms, event organizers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with high-value accounts and partners.
- Lead group-wide promotional initiatives, collaborations, and corporate dining programs.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and brand teams to implement partnership agreements and ensure successful activations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to support business decisions.
- Represent the group at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Requirements:
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development within the hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at senior and corporate levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- UAE driving license preferred.
