  • Manage day-to-day operations of the construction store/site warehouse
  • Receive, inspect, and verify materials against delivery notes, POs, and specifications
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of construction materials
  • Issue materials to site teams based on approved Material Requisition Forms (MRFs)
  • Maintain accurate stock records (manual or ERP system)
  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile variances
  • Coordinate with Procurement, QS, and Site Engineers for material planning
  • Monitor minimum stock levels and inform procurement for timely replenishment
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards in storage and handling of materials
  • Maintain proper documentation: GRNs, MRRs, stock registers, issue vouchers
  • Manage returnable materials and damaged/excess stock
  • Supervise store assistants/helpers (if applicable)
  • Support audits and management reporting

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of construction materials (civil, MEP, finishing, etc.)
  • Inventory management & documentation skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Excel preferred)
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work under site conditions
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (any discipline preferred)
  • 5–10 years experience as Store Manager / Storekeeper in construction projects
  • UAE/GCC construction experience preferred
  • Experience in high-rise, villa, or infrastructure projects is an advantage

Working Conditions

  • Site-based role
  • May require extended working hours based on project needs
