About the Role

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Teachers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.

- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.

-Monitor child progress and communicate regularly with parents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children in daycare setting (preferred)

OPTION 1: Associate’s Degree

• Associate’s degree in ECE or related field
• Teaching experience with preschool-age children
• 30 ECE/CD credits

OPTION 2: Credit-Based Pathway

• 30 college credits in ECE / Child Development
• Including 6 Child Development credits
• Relevant experience
• DOH approval required
• Must pass a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting
• Current medical clearance including TB test
• Up-to-date vaccinations, including MMR
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Base Wage: Starting at $22 hour , based on experience
