Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and conducting property showings for prospective buyers and renters
• Provide detailed information about properties and answer client inquiries during showings
• Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure smooth and timely property tours
• Maintain accurate records of showings and client feedback
• Support marketing efforts by preparing properties for showings and open houses
• Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and enhance their experience
• Assist with administrative tasks related to property listings and client management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate showing assistance or a related customer service role
• Strong knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market and local neighborhoods

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to property showings
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a dynamic real estate team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications or training is a plus
• Valid real estate license is required
