About the Firm

Our expanding federal practice is seeking a dedicated and experienced trial attorney to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in federal cases, including investigations, litigation, and compliance matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Engage with government agencies, courts, and opposing counsel on federal issues.
• Provide legal analysis and advice on federal regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
• Background as a former government attorney (e.g., Assistant District Attorney or Federal Prosecutor) is a strong plus—but not required.
• Demonstrated experience in federal litigation, investigations, or compliance.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
