We are looking for a data-driven Growth Analyst to accelerate the growth of our online business and brand presence across multiple marketplaces. This role will focus on pricing intelligence, item-level performance optimization, and marketing-driven growth, working closely with category, marketing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with strong commercial sense, and can translate data into clear actions that drive sales, profitability, and brand visibility
Key Responsibilities
1) Marketplace Growth & Performance
- Own and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of products across marketplaces (sales, conversion, traffic, share of voice).
- Identify growth opportunities at item/SKU level and recommend actions on assortment, content, pricing, and promotions.
- Track category trends and competitor movements to support faster decision-making.
2) Pricing Intelligence & Competitive Monitoring
- Monitor pricing across marketplaces (own vs competitors) and flag gaps, under-pricing, or margin risks.
- Analyze price elasticity, discount impact, and promotion effectiveness.
- Support dynamic pricing strategies in collaboration with category and finance teams
3) Item-Wise & Brand-Level Growth
- Deep-dive into item-wise performance to identify hero SKUs, underperformers, and long-tail opportunities.
- Support brand growth strategy by analyzing visibility, reviews, ratings, and content quality across platforms.
- Recommend actions to improve brand consistency and premium positioning online.
4) Marketing & Growth Analytics
- Track and analyze paid marketing performance (marketplace ads, search, display, external traffic if applicable).
- Measure ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and incremental lift from campaigns.
- Work with marketing teams to optimize budgets, creatives, and keyword strategies.
5) Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership on growth KPIs.
- Translate complex data into simple insights and clear recommendations.
- Present findings regularly to stakeholders with a strong business narrative.

Qualification, Skills & Requirements
Must Have
- 2–5 years experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, growth, or business analytics Strong analytical
- skills with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)
- Experience working with marketplace data (Amazon, Noon, etc.)
- Commercial understanding of pricing, margins, and promotions
- Ability to convert data into actionable insights
Good to Have
- Experience with marketplace advertising platforms
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Experience working with consumer brands or D2C businesses
- Exposure to pricing tools or competitive intelligence tools
