The Growth and Investments Analyst is responsible for identifying and developing ways to grow Krause Group revenue streams. This may include assisting businesses within the Krause Group to develop, diversify, and grow their revenue streams, identifying and evaluating merger and acquisition opportunities in the marketplace, and/or integrating those new businesses into the Krause Group portfolio. This role will work with the Head of Growth and Investments and the Krause Group Senior Leadership Team (SLT), as well as leaders within the Krause Group businesses, to research and identify innovative opportunities to grow existing revenue streams, develop new revenue streams within businesses, develop revenue generating partnerships with external partners, and acquiring revenue streams through new businesses in the portfolio.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Research and identify business opportunities within existing businesses. These may include new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Identify opportunities with external partners. These may include co-branding, collaborations, sponsorships, etc.
- Identify and evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities including financial modeling, due diligence and transaction execution
- Assist in the integration of new businesses into the Krause Group portfolio
- Develop business plans and models to evaluate opportunities
- Evaluate current practices and processes of existing businesses for opportunities and improvements
- Lead and/or participate in the implementation of new revenue generating initiatives
- Monitor industry sources for trends and developments for relevance to Krause Group businesses and application to potential new income streams
- Promoting Krause Group businesses internally and externally
- Responds to the needs and requests of clients Krause Group management and staff in a professional and expedient manner.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of corporate development or related experience
- Financial analysis and model creation
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets

- Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
