As the Growth and Marketing Manager for our Group Super App, you will drive the growth and marketing strategy of a multi-service platform used by millions worldwide. You will collaborate closely with regional Operating Companies (OpCos) to ensure the app balances global scalability with local relevance. By aligning centralized innovation with OpCo execution, you will lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention for innovative, digital-first telecommunications globally. This role will develop and implement growth marketing strategies leveraging data, experimentation, and consumer insights to meet ambitious business goals.
Essential duties and responsibilities include.

Growth Strategy & Roadmap:

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth and marketing strategy and roadmap for the selfcare at group and opco level.

Align product initiatives with business objectives and stakeholder requirements to drive operational excellence and streamline processes and issue a clear sprint roll out according to priorities.

Requirements definition and gathering

Design and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention aligned with business objectives.

Oversee and implement go-to-market plans, ensuring seamless execution of marketing activities to meet key commercial targets.

Use data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights, continuously optimizing user engagement and marketing effectiveness.

Develop and run A/B tests and digital experiments to maximize conversion rates and refine customer experiences.

Manage and optimize all marketing channels, both organic and paid, to ensure impactful and efficient outcomes.

Monitor and report campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve results based on actionable insights.

Stakeholder management and governance

Set up and animate the appropriate governance to monitor the project, approve the new release to pilot the execution of the project.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and end-users, to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive adoption the product.

Communicate product updates and enhancements effectively to ensure alignment.

Performance review

Track global and OpCo-specific KPIs (DAU, retention, revenue) to measure success and iterate based on data insights.

Report progress to group leadership and OpCo stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and outcomes.

Support operating companies in identifying performance improving actions to be implemented to deliver and accelerate business performance.

Assist in developing strategies, partnerships and campaigns to attract new customers to our digital banking platform, enhancing our market presence.

Actively engage existing customers to drive product usage, adoption, and overall satisfaction, promoting long-term relationships.

Content Ideation:
Develop creative and engaging content to support marketing and communication efforts, aligning with the brand's messaging and values.

Data Analytics:
Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather insights into customer behavior and preferences, enabling data-driven decisions and strategies.

Reporting:
Generate regular reports on customer engagement metrics, performance, and feedback to evaluate and improve strategies.
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Growth and Marketing Manager?
Skills Required

Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in digital customer engagement, business growth, or a related role within the banking or financial industry.

Strong data analytics skills with the ability to gather insights into customer behavior and preferences, and a track record of making data-driven decisions to enhance customer engagement strategies.

Demonstrated experience in leading or being directly involved in the planning, execution, and successful management of customer engagement campaigns or initiatives.

Experience in app engagement and analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Airship, MoEngage etc.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams with proven ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
Educational & other Requirements

Bachelor's in business/Marketing/Analytics/CS with 4+ years of experience with a focus on digital products and startup ecosystem.
