We are a growing restoration company looking to expand further with the help of a new team member.

The goal of this position is to create and develop more brand awareness in the community via social media, participating in/hosting events, and forming relationships with other industry professionals. There will also be some client communication.

Who This Role Is For

Someone with content creation/social media experience is a plus, but what matters most is your personality.

-someone who is not scared to walk into a plumbers office with a box of chic Fil a, introduce themselves and inform them that we are here to assist when needed.

-Someone who would host a lunch meeting full of adjusters or attorneys and put on a short presentation of what we can bring to the table.

-someone who will set up a booth at a local community market to give things away and ask for contact information from homeowners to let our inspectors perform free inspections on their homes to see if they have any issue they need help with

-someone who will go into the Home Depot plumbing aisle to find plumbers to meet and engage with (hypothetical)

-someone who will come up with new ideas on their own and take initiative when possible, and not sit around and wait to be told what to do

This role is a hybrid full time role for an emergency service company. You will not always need to be working 9-5 Monday - Friday. There will be events you need to attend on weekends once in a while, and you are expected to be responsive on your phone whenever the company needs to communicate. This role requires you to always have your phone nearby ready to respond promptly to questions or situations that arise

Compensation

  • Base salary + aggressive performance upside
  • Commission on revenue you originate - bonuses paid half up front as soon as the job is performed, half when the job is paid
  • Bonuses tied to relationship growth and payment acceleration
  • You will have the opportunity to create a sales team under you in the near future. They will be compensated separately and you will receive a bonus for everything they bring in as well

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
