Job Summary:

We're looking for a smart, driven, and entrepreneurial Growth Associate to work closely with the Founder of our EdTech platform. This is a dynamic role involving business growth, market outreach, operations, and strategic support. You’ll get firsthand exposure to how an EdTech startup scales — from ideation to execution — and play a key role in taking the platform to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Founder in day-to-day planning, scheduling, and communication.
• Support with EdTech partnerships, university liaisons, and B2B communication.
• Conduct research, competitor analysis, and growth planning tasks.
• Be ready to travel occasionally for meetings, education fairs, presentations, and business programs.
• Represent the company in one-on-one presentations.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications and Skill we Preferred:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Education).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Self-starter attitude with multitasking ability.
• Passion for education and technology is a big plus.
