Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Growth Associate (Onsite Marketing) to join our team at Namshi. In this role, you will play a key part in planning and executing onsite campaigns across our app and website, ensuring flawless delivery of assets, seamless coordination across teams, and impactful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish onsite assets (app & website) using the content management system.
• Coordinate with the Commercial team to gather offers, brand/category inputs, and translate them into onsite placements.
• QA copy, design, and links before launch, benchmarking against best practices to optimize customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with CRM, digital marketing, and social teams to drive cross-channel campaigns.
• Brief and coordinate with design and copy teams to secure assets and ensure timely go-live.
• Monitor and report on page/asset performance; share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
• Support additional business initiatives as needed.

Profile We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Passion for e-commerce with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Organized and disciplined, with strong coordination and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and time zones.
