Represent customer feedback internally to product and engineering teams

Candidate Profile:
Experience:
3â5 years in Growth, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, supply chain/logistics tech, or Expansion Sales
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of supply chain operations and customer lifecycle management
Skills:
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving; ability to work cross-functionally
Education:
Bachelorâs in Business, Technology, or related field (Masterâs preferred)
